Who Can Use Our Store

You agree not to use our products for anything illegal, and you won’t violate any laws while using our service. Don’t transmit viruses, malware, or anything else that could harm our site or other users.
Breaking these terms means we’ll immediately stop providing services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We can also:

- Limit quantities or restrict sales to certain regions
- Refuse or cancel orders, especially those that seem to be from resellers
What You Should Know
Your content (except credit card details) may be transmitted across various networks. We encrypt all credit card information during transfer.
You can’t reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our service without our written permission.
The information on our site is provided for general purposes. While we try to keep things accurate, we’re not responsible if something is outdated or incomplete. Always verify important information from other sources.
Our Products
Print-on-Demand Items
Many of our products are produced using print-on-demand services through third-party printing partners. This means your order is created specifically for you after purchase. Print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Occasionally, minor deviations from the listed size guide measurements can occur and are not considered defects if they fall within the permitted variation, known as tolerance. Garments may vary by up to 1.5 inches (3.81 cm).
For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Studio-Printed Items
Certain products, including greeting cards and select paper goods, are printed in our studio. These products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Colours and Quality
We do our best to show accurate colours on our website, but every screen displays colours differently. Due to the nature of printing, you may notice slight variations between what you see online and your final product.
We can’t guarantee that products will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected, but we’ll do our best to make things right if there’s a problem.
Orders and Payments
Payment Processing
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely. Our store runs on WordPress with WooCommerce.
Order Accuracy
Please provide accurate information when ordering, including:
- Current email address
- Correct billing and shipping addresses
- Valid payment details
We may cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious or are placed by resellers. If we need to cancel your order, we’ll try to notify you by email or phone.
Pricing and Availability
Prices can change without notice. Product availability isn’t guaranteed. All product descriptions and pricing can change at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship using Sendle courier partners and Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on:
- Your location
- Chosen shipping method
- Whether your item is print-on-demand or studio-printed
Print-on-demand products require additional production time before shipping. Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our store pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Your Account and Privacy
Personal Information
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
We use Meta Pixel and similar tracking tools to understand how visitors use our site and how our advertising performs. By using our site, you consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your Comments and Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other content:
- We can use, edit, publish, or distribute it without restriction
- We’re not obligated to keep it confidential or pay you for it
- We don’t have to respond
Your comments must not violate anyone’s rights or contain harmful, illegal, or offensive content. Don’t pretend to be someone else or use a fake email address.

- Your violation of any law
- Your violation of anyone’s rights

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can stop using our service anytime. We can terminate your access if we believe you’ve violated these terms.
Any obligations or liabilities from before termination remain valid.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any policies we post, represent our complete agreement. They replace any previous agreements or communications.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
