Studio-Printed Items (Greeting Cards & Paper Goods)
Items printed in our studio are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
Print-on-Demand Products
Products fulfilled by our third-party printing partners may take 5-10 business days to process before shipping, depending on the item and current production schedules.
Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro areas: 3-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-8 business days
- Remote areas: 7-12 business days

Order Tracking

Split Shipments
If your order contains both studio-printed items and print-on-demand products, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Items
